Customizable itinerary

Arrive in Yangon and be welcomed by our local guide at the airport. Check in at your
hotel and embark on a city tour that includes visiting colonial-era buildings, the Sule
Pagoda, and the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda. Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local
restaurant.
Overnight: Yangon

Fly to Heho, then visit Pindaya to explore the famous caves filled with thousands of
Buddha images. Continue your journey to Inle Lake, passing by scenic villages and
lush landscapes along the way.
Overnight: Inle Lake

Take a boat trip on Inle Lake, exploring floating gardens and villages. Visit the
ancient pagodas of Inn Thein, hidden amidst trees and vines, and observe local crafts
such as silk weaving and lotus petal robe-making.
Overnight: Inle Lake

After breakfast, fly to Kyaing Tong, a remote town known for its rich cultural
heritage and ethnic diversity. Explore the town and visit local villages where you can
learn about the traditions of the hill tribes.

Spend the day visiting more remote tribal villages around Kyaing Tong. Engage with
the locals and learn about their unique customs, traditional attire, and way of life.

Fly to Mandalay and begin your exploration of Myanmar’s last royal capital. Visit
Mahamuni Buddha Temple and explore local artisan workshops, where you can
observe gold leaf beating and other traditional crafts.
Overnight: Mandalay

Take a boat ride on the Ayeyarwaddy River to visit Mingun, home to the massive,
unfinished Mingun Pagoda and the world’s largest uncracked bell. Return to
Mandalay for more sightseeing, including Mandalay Hill for stunning sunset views.
Overnight: Mandalay

Spend the day exploring the ancient capitals of Amarapura, Sagaing, and Ava. Visit
Mahagandayone Monastery, the U Bein Bridge, Sagaing’s hilltop pagodas, and the
ruins of Ava by horse cart.
Overnight: Mandalay

Fly to Bagan and explore its vast plain filled with thousands of temples and pagodas.
Visit key sites like Shwezigon Pagoda, Ananda Temple, and Sulamani Temple, and
watch the sunset over the Ayeyarwaddy River.

Drive to Mount Popa, an extinct volcano and home to Myanmar’s most important
spirit shrine. Climb 777 steps to the top for panoramic views and visit local villages
along the way.
Overnight: Bagan

Fly back to Yangon and continue exploring the city. Visit Bogyoke Aung San Market
for local crafts and the National Museum to learn more about Myanmar’s rich
history.
Overnight: Yangon

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
